Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described below.

02 What We Collect

We collect only what an enquiry needs. There is no account to create, no newsletter sign up and no purchase on this website.

• Information you type into an enquiry form: your name, email address, city or state, the type of enquiry, the product or segment you are interested in, and your message.
• Technical information your browser sends automatically, recorded in our server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request.

We do not ask for and do not want your PAN, Aadhaar, bank details, health information or any other sensitive personal data through this website. Please do not include such details in a message.

03 Why We Collect It

• To reply to your enquiry and continue the conversation you started.
• To assess a franchise or distribution application and check whether a territory is available.
• To keep a record of business correspondence, as any company is expected to.
• To keep the website secure and diagnose faults, using the server logs.

We do not use your details for advertising, we do not profile you, and we do not make automated decisions about you.

04 The Basis We Rely On

We process your enquiry on the basis of the consent you give by ticking the consent box before submitting the form. You are not obliged to give it, but without it we have no lawful way to hold your details and reply.

You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to us. Withdrawal applies from the moment we receive it and does not affect anything already done lawfully before then.

05 How Long We Keep It

Enquiries are retained for as long as the business discussion is live, and then for a further period that lets us meet our record keeping and tax obligations. Once neither purpose applies, the record is deleted.

Server logs are kept for a short operational period and are overwritten in the normal course.

06 Who Else Sees It

Your enquiry is seen by the people at Axventic Lifesciences who handle enquiries. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.

• Our web hosting and email providers process data on our instructions in order to run the site and deliver mail.
• We disclose data where a law, a court or a regulator requires it, and no further than the requirement.

07 Your Rights

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you may:

• Ask what personal data of yours we hold and how it has been processed.
• Ask us to correct anything inaccurate, complete anything incomplete or update anything out of date.
• Ask us to erase your data, where we are not required to keep it.
• Withdraw your consent.
• Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become incapacitated.
• Raise a grievance with us, and escalate to the Data Protection Board of India if you are not satisfied with our response.

To exercise any of these, write to info@axventiclifesciences.com from the email address you used, so we can confirm the request came from you.

08 Cookies

This website sets no advertising or tracking cookies and runs no third party analytics. WordPress may set a functional cookie if you log in to the administration area, which applies to our own staff rather than to visitors.

Some images are served from a third party image host, which will see the request your browser makes for those files.

09 Children

This website is meant for healthcare professionals, distributors and business partners. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a child has sent us details, write to us and we will delete them.

10 Grievance Redressal
