PCD Franchise
Your District, Your Business
PCD stands for Propaganda Cum Distribution. In practice it means you run your own pharmaceutical business in your own district, selling an established range under an established brand, without setting up manufacturing or building a product portfolio from scratch.
- You buy stock from us and sell it in your own territory, under our brand names.
- Your district is yours. We do not appoint a second partner in the same territory.
- Promotional material is supplied by us, so your cost stays in stock rather than printing.
- You hold the drug licence and invoice locally. We supply as a licensed wholesaler.
Everything You Need to Start Selling
Six things every Axventic franchise partner receives. Each one is part of the agreement, not an informal understanding to be renegotiated later.
District Monopoly Rights
One partner per territory, written into the agreement. Your effort in building a prescriber base is not handed to someone else next quarter.
Ready Product Basket
93 formulations across 14 therapeutic segments, chosen against what clinicians actually prescribe rather than catalogue size.
Promotional Support
Visual aids, product literature, sample packs, MR bags, catch covers, prescription pads and reminder cards, supplied by us.
Documented Quality
ISO 9001:2015 certified quality system, manufacturing at WHO-GMP compliant units, and a batch-wise certificate of analysis on request.
Planned Supply
Inventory planned against your ordering pattern, so a fast-moving line does not go out of stock in the middle of a promotion cycle.
Direct Contact
You deal with the people who handle your account, not a call queue. Order queries are answered the same working day.
Who Can Become a Partner
Set out plainly so you can tell in a few seconds whether it is worth your time. If you are close but not quite there, write to us anyway and we will tell you honestly.

Documents are only needed at the agreement stage. Nothing is required to send an enquiry.
Four Steps From Enquiry to First Order
No registration fee and no obligation at the enquiry stage. You see the rates and the terms before anything is signed.
Send an Enquiry
Tell us your district, the segments you work in and whether you hold a drug licence. The form at the bottom of this page is enough.
We Check Availability
We confirm whether your territory is open, since only one partner is appointed per district, and come back to you within one working day.
Terms and Product List
You receive the product list with rates, the promotional support included, and the terms in writing. Nothing is agreed verbally.
Agreement and First Order
Documents are verified, the monopoly agreement is signed, and your first consignment is dispatched with its batch documentation.
What Partners Usually Ask First
The six questions that come up in almost every first conversation, answered here so you do not have to ask them to find out.
Do I need a drug licence to become a franchise partner?
Yes. Prescription medicines can only be supplied to a party holding a valid wholesale drug licence, Form 20B and 21B. If you are applying for one, tell us at the enquiry stage and we can discuss timelines while it is processed.
How is the monopoly territory decided?
Normally by district, and it is written into the agreement. Where a district is already taken we will say so straight away rather than appoint a second partner and leave both of you competing on the same prescribers.
What is the minimum order to start?
It depends on the segments you choose, since an injectable range and an oral range carry very different values. We share the full rate list and the opening requirement in writing before anything is signed.
Do I have to take the entire product range?
No. Most partners start with the two or three segments their prescribers already write and add more later. We would rather you stock a shorter list well than a long one slowly.
Is promotional material charged separately?
Standard promotional inputs are included with your orders. Anything printed specially for your territory is quoted before it is produced, so there are no surprises on the invoice.
Who is responsible if a batch has a quality problem?
Raise it with us and we handle it. Every batch is traceable to its manufacturing unit and its certificate of analysis, which is exactly why that documentation is kept. You are not left dealing with the factory yourself.
Check If Your District Is Open
Send us your district and the segments you work in. We will confirm availability and share the rate list within one working day.
