03 No Sale of Medicines Online

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell medicines. There is no cart, no price and no checkout. Prescription medicines are supplied only against a valid prescription, through licensed channels, to parties holding a valid drug licence.

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract, reserve stock or confirm a territory. Any supply is governed by the separate terms agreed in writing between us.

04 Product Information

Brand names, compositions and dosage forms are published as printed on the current pack. Formulations, pack sizes and availability can change, and the pack insert always takes precedence over anything on this website.

We take care to keep the listings accurate but we do not warrant that every entry is complete or current at the moment you read it. Confirm details with us before relying on them commercially.

Information about the PCD franchise model on this site is a description of how we normally work, not an offer capable of acceptance. Territory availability, product selection, rates and terms are confirmed only in a signed agreement.

A partner must hold a valid wholesale drug licence and GST registration before any supply is made.
